Q: How much do you charge?
A: We charge 20% commission of the saving that we achieve

Q: Can you find cheap cars?
A: We do not actually source any vehicles. Our expertise is in negotiating the price of a
car you have chosen.

Q: How much do you charge if you don't manage to get a discount?
A: Although we successfully haggle almost every time, in the event of not getting a
discount we would not make any charge.

Q: Do you buy second hand cars?
A: We do not buy or sell any cars. We only negotiate prices on your behalf.

Q: Which one is Neal and which one is Patrick?
A: Patrick is sitting in the front seat of the car in our home page photograph

Q: Do you only haggle for cars. I am trying to get a discount on electrical goods?

A: Although our expertise and knowledge is in haggling car prices we may consider
other goods.

Q: I've been to the local garage and been told that the car I require is back ordered so
there is no price negotiation. Can you still haggle?

A: Yes. We will happily try to negotiate the price of a car for you whatever the
circumstances.

Q: What is the average saving that you achieve?
A: We haggle on all values of car, so savings vary hugely, and it is always difficult to
predict specific savings as there are so many factors involved. However , our average
saving to date (including new and used cars) is a little under £2000.

Q: Do you haggle new Porsches?

A: Yes. Although some cars are more difficult to get discount than others we are
always happy to haggle for you.

Q: What do I say to the dealer if I want to use CarHagglers?
A: Proceed as you normally would when buying a car. When you have made your
choice of car inform the dealer you would like to think about it and then give us a call
.

Q: I've seen an advert for a car in my local paper. Do you haggle on private sales?
A: Yes. We haggle on all car sales, new and used, private and trade.

Q: I managed to get a discount from a franchised dealer but wondered if you could do
any better?

A: We are always happy to haggle for you. Under these circumstances we do charge
a slightly increased commission of 35% of any further saving made.

Q: Can you recommend a good dealership?
A: We are always happy to answer any queries and give individual advice where we
can. However, we pride ourselves on our independence and impartiality, and are therefore not able to recommend dealerships.


Q: Do you haggle all over the country?
A: Yes. We usually negotiate over the telephone and hence can haggle anywhere in the
UK.

Q: I am hoping to part exchange my old car. How does that work when you negotiate
for me

A: Determine the price the dealer is offering for your part exchange car and we haggle on the
difference, i.e. the amount you have to pay.

Q: If I have found a car call you, how long will it take you to speak to the dealer?
A: In most circumstances we call the seller immediately.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Yes. We accept all major cards.

Q: Will the dealer mind someone else calling him?
A: On the contrary. Dealers are always happy to speak about a deal.

Q:What do I say to the dealer after you have done the haggling?
A: Say you would like to go ahead with the sale as you would when normally buying a car.

Q:Should I feel embarrassed about trying to get the car cheaper
?
A: Not at all. dealers and sellers often expect the price to be negotiated. Any saving is your hard earned money.
